I really have no clue where it all started..
At one point of time people who were strong and healthy were the icons..
Later it came to those who had the support of lot of people, it moulded to the kings who had the biggest army were believed to be the so called GREATs..
Later the industrial revolution came.. Then it was the industrialists' reign.. Everyone was going mad about Being an industrialist..
And then came the Information age..
Now its all about information and communication.. Everything happens now, is because of the information and communication.. Just think about it, the growth percentage of the world has been incresing exponentially.. The tool is nothing but, information and communication.. Its not just information.. The availability of information was more or less the same through all the centuries and ages. The key is communication. A transformation in communication is the key. 100 years ago there is no way of easy, fast communication between anyone in the worls. Right now, an instant access to whomever u wanna talk to.
Anyways the conversation is, consider that all are past and if i were to ask u, what would be the next revolution what would you say??
Don think a lot. All hair will fall down :P Just a random thought. Give it a shot, it can be anything. i will give you a clue :)
200 years ago there was no word in dictionary called computer :P But someone, somewhere, somehow could have guessed something like this. Lets acknowledge him for that.
And in the next 200 years, what do you think there will be?
P.S: Karpanai kudharaya konjam thatti vidunga paaom.. :P

well i would say goin back to the past in a certain way is the future!
The so called information and communication which has transformed the face of the earth has also along with it sleepless nights, work stress, people just sitting in one place to play games online and not actually goin out to play football in the rain, for real, its made people lazy, i mean comeon, before if i had to find out the meaning of a word, i would go to a dictionary, in the process learn some other new words, but if i have to do the same today, i goto, dictionary.com! yes it has made things easy but it also has made us soooooo lazy, people find it a big pain to get up and to to a library to get a book, but if they have to sit for 2 hours in front of the monitor to find a particular book, you'll do it!
I think the new revolution would be goin back to being strong and healthy, people are realizing wat the world is makin of them, they are goin back, doin yoga, eating veg, reading books(real books, not e-books), takin a day off the computer(its become kind of a culture in someplaces to spend day in the week without any communication) and lots more!
They say, "Too much or too little of anythin is too bad."
So I hope people do realize too much of information and communication can be hazardous to health, so keep it down! :D
hmm ya.. :)
well i believe you not pointing to me anywhere in that reply :P
but still u r talking too staright. I dono whether that ll be the next revolution, but i ll be glad if it is :)

well as u said computers have been the greatest invention of all time.. but well thinking of wat will be available in the next 200yrs my mind goes blank :-P well to be frank i am not thinking..
but as the person above said.. we r just too much into this communication and computers.. wats missing is the balancing of both personal life and tech life.. for example if u spend time chatting with 5 ppl online, the same way u can go out of ur house and meet some 5 ppl and chat with them... u know the art of balacning.. very important u see :P
hiring... i typed random word in google.. tis wat i got..:D
